Remote App

Remote support that stays on your server.

A small agent sits on the PC being helped. Your tech opens it from a list. The two talk through their own encrypted tunnel. The server introduces them and never holds the keys.

What a session looks like

The PC being helped

Remote App Setup installs a Windows service. A tray icon shows the device ID and a support code. The person at the PC can stop the session from an orange bar.

The tech

The tech app is installed on the admin PC. After sign-in it lists the PCs for that tenant. One click connects, with the screen, keyboard, clipboard, and files.

The tunnel

Traffic is encrypted between the two PCs. If a direct path is blocked, your server relays the ciphertext. It cannot read the screen or the keys.

One tenant per customer

You keep the service. Each business you support is a tenant with its own techs and its own PCs. Open a tenant in the management portal, hand the admin a sign-in, and their machines show up in the tech app.
